Specification and drawing review, materials selection, on-site dimensional verification and reverse engineering when the OEM drawings no longer exist.

Matching each item to a shop that has actually built it before, from a network of ISO 9001 fabricators audited and used since 2006.
03Quality Control & Inspection
Customer-approved ITPs, in-process inspection by our own staff, and certified third-party inspection where the contract calls for it.

One named point of contact, weekly progress reporting with photographs, and change control that reaches you before it reaches your schedule.
05Expediting
Bilingual staff on the shop floor keeping the schedule honest — and going to the factory when it slips rather than reporting it afterwards.
06Documentation & Data Books
Material certificates, QC records, NDT and third-party reports and as-built drawings, assembled and checked per major item before delivery.
07Shipping & Export
Licensed importer and exporter. Packing, preservation, loading supervision, customs and export documentation to your site or your nominated forwarder.
