What we supply

Most of this equipment is not bought off a shelf. It is dimensioned to a basin, a filter deck or a duty that already exists on your site.

Thickeners supplied by SBCCO-China

Thickeners

High-rate and conventional thickeners with FRP or steel tanks, drive heads, rake arms, lifting devices, feedwells and launders. Supplied complete, or as internals for an existing concrete basin.

Clarifier Collection Systems supplied by SBCCO-China

Clarifier Collection Systems

FRP collection headers, laterals, launders and weir plates fabricated to the basin survey, match-marked and trial-assembled in the shop before shipment.

Hydrocyclones supplied by SBCCO-China

Hydrocyclones

Individual cyclones and radial clusters from 50 mm to 800 mm diameter, with polyurethane, natural rubber, nitrile or ceramic liners, plus distributors, manifolds and pinch valves.

SX Mixer-Settlers

Mixer boxes, settler tanks, weirs, picket fences, launders and coalescing internals in FRP or rubber-lined steel, for copper, cobalt, nickel and uranium solvent extraction.

03  /  How we control it

The part that fails is almost never the tank.

In separation equipment the tank is the easy part. What fails is the interface — a launder that does not line up with the basin, a liner that was wrong for the reagent, a laminate cured too fast in a hot shop. Those are the things we control, because those are the things that put a crew on site with a grinder.

We measure the basin before anything is fabricated

For retrofit work we survey the existing structure, or work from yours, and issue a dimensioned proposal drawing. Segmented shells are trial-assembled in the shop and photographed before they are cut apart for shipping.

The laminate schedule is agreed in writing

Resin type, veil, chopped strand and woven roving sequence, cure schedule and Barcol target are fixed before layup — checked against the reagent, temperature and duty you gave us, never against a generic default.

Chemical compatibility is checked against your actual liquor

Send the reagent, the concentration and the operating temperature. If the resin or liner we would normally use is not right for that duty, we say so before quoting — even when saying so costs us the price advantage.

Everything ships match-marked

Segments, laterals and launders arrive numbered and keyed to an assembly drawing your erection crew can follow without a phone call to China.

Solid / liquid separation — common questions

Can you supply internals for a basin built by someone else?

Yes — it is a large part of our separation work. We need a basin survey and the process duty, and we return a dimensioned proposal drawing for approval before fabrication starts.

Which resin do you use for solvent extraction duty?

It depends on the organic, the aqueous chemistry and the temperature. Vinyl ester is the usual answer for SX raffinate and electrolyte, but we confirm it against your data sheet and state the resin, veil and cure schedule in the quotation.

Do you supply drives and rakes as well as the tank?

Yes. Drive heads, rake arms, lifting devices, feedwells, launders and instrumentation can be supplied as one package — or we can supply only the parts you are missing.

How large a thickener can be shipped?

Up to 45 m diameter, as bolted or welded segments sized for containers or flat racks. Segments are trial-assembled and match-marked in China so that field fit-up is mechanical rather than corrective.

Can you match a discontinued filter or cyclone?

Usually. Send the machine and model, or the part itself. We dimension it, issue a reconstruction for your approval, and manufacture to the approved geometry. We do not represent the result as an original-equipment part.
