Large-diameter corrosion-resistant ductwork for smelter off-gas service, shop-fabricated and shipped in sections.
FRP cooling tower covers
Corrosion-resistant covers for a smelter cooling tower, fabricated in China and shipped in match-marked segments.
FRP pump tanks
Pump tanks for acid service at the PASAR copper smelter, built to the customer’s own laminate specification.
FRP acid wash column
An acid wash column for a copper solvent extraction circuit, built to an FLSmidth design and inspected before shipment.
FRP restart tanks
Corrosion-resistant restart tanks for copper processing duty, fabricated in China to the customer’s laminate specification and shipped complete with nozzles and internals.
FRP thickener trough system
A complete trough and launder system dimensioned to an existing basin, trial-assembled and match-marked before crating. Photographed in service.

Biofilter vessel for odour control, fabricated in China to the customer’s design and inspected before shipment.

Vacuum receivers for hot sulphuric acid service, designed for negative pressure and inspected before shipment.

Settler tank with weirs, picket fences and launders for a solvent extraction plant, trial-assembled and match-marked before shipping.

Collection headers, laterals and weir plates fabricated to a basin survey and shipped match-marked for installation.
FRP hot acid overflow tanks
Overflow tanks for hot sulphuric acid, laminated to a schedule agreed against concentration and temperature before layup began.
Insulated double-wall FRP storage tanks
Double-wall storage tanks for aluminium sulphate, with an outer shell over an insulation layer that holds the chemical inside its working temperature and gives a second containment around the primary tank.

WesTech has been ordering from us since 2006. Glencore since 2016. Freeport-McMoRan, Codelco, FLSmidth, Jacobs Engineering, Hatch, M3 Engineering, Grupo México and SNC-Lavalin have all specified or bought equipment we supplied. In this business the only credential that means anything is the customer who comes back.
